Show Policies

All persons planning to attend Natural Products Expo must be registered. Natural Products Expo is a private trade show open to the trade only, and not open to the public. Individuals who cannot document their direct, professional affiliation to the trade are not qualified to attend the trade show.

Announcements are only made for lost children. Message boards and lost and found are available at the Show Office. We encourage attendees to designate a meeting spot in the case your group becomes separated.

Anyone 16 years and older must qualify to register as an attendee or exhibitor and will be required to show business proof (for examples click here). Children 15 years and younger are required to have a Children's Badge and must be under adult supervision at all times. If a child is found without adult supervision they will be escorted from the show floor and taken to the show office, and their badge will be confiscated. If we are unable to reach the registered adult we reserve the right to contact the local police department to supervise them. You will be required to present proof of age (i.e. birth certificate, government/state issued ID). Only one Children's Badge will be issued per registered adult. All Children's Badges must be picked up at the child care office located at the Hilton, Lower Level, Catalina 6/7. No one under 18 years of age will be allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out.
